NAJAX Solution Technology Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive communication, electrical, and smart-security upgrade at Adams High School, located at Strawberry Plaza along Muratina Road in Eastleigh, Nairobi.

The project was designed to improve communication across the school, provide safer access to electrical power, and strengthen security and accountability within selected administrative offices.

Scope of Work Completed

The NAJAX technical team successfully delivered:

- A GSM mobile-signal enhancement system covering three key sections of the school.

- Improved mobile-network reception to support effective communication from one section of the school to another.

- Electrical servicing and installation of additional twin 3-pin power sockets.

- Installation of four 3MP wireless smart cameras in four designated offices.

- Camera positioning, configuration, connectivity, testing, and user orientation.

- Professional cable routing and installation finishing.

- Final system inspection, testing, and client handover.

Project Impact

Following successful installation and testing, the school now benefits from:

- Stronger and more reliable mobile-network coverage.

- Improved communication among staff across the three covered sections.

Professional Budget Management

NAJAX Solution Technology Ltd planned and executed the project according to the client-approved budget. Equipment, materials, technical labour, installation, testing, and handover requirements were clearly organised to deliver a dependable solution while maintaining cost efficiency.

The project followed an agreed staged-payment structure:

- 50% deposit for materials procurement and project mobilisation.

- 30% progress payment during installation.

- 20% final payment after testing, completion, and formal handover.

Any additional requirement outside the approved scope was subject to the client’s authorisation before implementation.

Successful Completion and Handover

All installed systems were inspected, configured, and tested by the NAJAX technical team. The communication equipment, electrical outlets, and smart cameras were confirmed to be operational before the project was handed over to the school management.
