3. Exchanges

We will replace the product with the same model or an equivalent product depending on availability.
4. Replacements
Products reported as defective or faulty within 7 days of delivery are eligible for replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, you may choose to receive a full refund.
5. Non-Refundable Items / No Exchanges / No Replacements
